The current version of OBIEE does not support IE 11/10 version. Recently, we had to reach to Oracle for the issue and we get the below feedback.
In order to use OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.7.x) you need to be on 11.1.1.7.1 and the latest Bundle Patch (11.1.1.7.140415). This will certify you with IE 10 (as there are known problems if these Patches are not applied). Therefore, please make sure you are testing with this version of OBIEE when verifying IE10.
